Founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese in West-Berlin, Tangerine Dream was formative in the genre of electronic music. After Edgar Froese’s death in 2015, the band consists of Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane, Paul Frick and Ulrich Schnauss.
New studio album 'Raum' released
On their new album Raum, Tangerine Dream develop the concept of its precursor EP (Probe 6-8) further.
Composed in a time of social distancing and cancelled shows, the tracks cannot exactly be recreated (or will at least need significant re-instrumentation for a live performance).
